We own all of our inventory, so whether we are staging a vacant home or filling in where necessary in an occupied home, there are no third party rental fees. And if we don't own it, (but we probably do) we will buy it-so our staging is always complimentary to the style, age and architecture of your home and fits each space perfectly. You have the option of two staging packages: one a more budget friendly "written report" (we outline the steps that you can take to prepare your home) or a "hands-on staging" (we do all of the work!)
